Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

ChessMango.com is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Due to the nature of digital services where access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Annual subscription payments
  • Partial or unused subscription periods
  • Upgrades or downgrades between subscription tiers

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by DodoPayments, our third-party payment provider. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final. We do not have the ability to reverse transactions processed by DodoPayments.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error
  • Charges made after a valid cancellation was submitted
  • Unauthorised transactions on your account

We may, at our sole discretion, review your case and issue a credit or refund. To request a review, please contact us with your account details and a description of the issue.

5. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and charges will begin. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after a trial period ends.
